Already licensed but haven’t trained since your Basic Rider Course? Feel confident at speed but shaky when it comes to slow control and precision? Or maybe you’ve got a new bike but haven’t had the chance to truly get comfortable in the saddle.

Seat Time is your chance to refine your skills in a controlled, professional environment with feedback that actually makes a difference. Think of it as drills for real life—a tune-up for your technique.

• Sharpen slow-speed maneuvering and cornering skills

You’ll ride with a small group under the guidance of an MRC coach who provides targeted feedback—not just mileage, but meaningful improvement.

• Option to ride your own motorcycle (with a safety check)
